Create end-user documentation, on-line and HTML Help Systems, courseware, and procedural guides for BenefitSpan™ developed software. |
Experience/Skills: |
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work on several documents at the same time, write according to written standards, and follow established procedures. Responsible for the creating software users manuals, procedural guides, administration guides, installation and configuration guides, release notes, courseware, Help Systems and customized documentation for BenefitSpan software.
