Max Goldstein

Max Goldstein is a senior technical writer in the South Florida area.

Max has worked more than 25 years in technical communications as a proofreader, editor, and technical writer for a variety of companies, including Harris, Grumman Aerospace, Racal-Datacom, and Ultimate Software.

He has written hardware and software manuals for an assortment of subjects, from submarine, airplane and helicopter trainers to modems to payroll software.

Max was previously president of the Palm Beaches Chapter from 2005 to 2007.

Max resides in Weston.

Secretary:

Elizabeth Reynolds

Elizabeth Reynolds returns as our secretary for our 2008-2009 season. Elizabeth currently works for Citrix Systems in Fort Lauderdale.

Treasurer:

Warren Muench

Warren joined STC in 1986 and has been an officer in both the Intermountain Chapter and the Palm Beaches Chapter. In the Palm Beaches Chapter that he helped found, Warren is currently serving as treasurer and membership manager. He received the Distinguished Chapter Service Award in 1995. Warren also volunteered for several years as a judge in the Florida technical writing competition, and he has been the happy recipient of several publications competition awards at both the state and international levels.
Warren is currently employed as a senior technical writer for Tyco Safety Products in Boca Raton, FL. His writing career has included work for Motorola, Tusk, Sensormatic Electronics Corporation, IBM Corporation, and Lee Scientific.

He has a bachelor’s degree in geography (cartography), as well as a degree in electronic engineering technology.
